That's what great eating is made of, regardless of whether your goal is health, fat loss or performance.

What are the basics? What are the key principles, the big rocks? What habits, if you did them day in day out, would help you:
- Get leaner?
- Feel full of energy?
- Support your performance in the gym?
And - almost more importantly - how do you embed these habits into your busy life, so that you perform them consistently enough to make a difference?
